Hours are logged against a project. The cost comes from payroll, the revenue from the client rate. Profit per project is on screen halfway through the month.

The classification model is bundled with the desktop app and runs there. It never calls out to a cloud service.

From the timer to the client portal
An hour is entered once, on the desktop timer. From there it shows up on the project, in the payroll run, on the client’s invoice and in the client portal.
